FAQs

Frequently asked questions:

1. Can I take a class without having had previous training of any sort?

Yes, many of the Temple’s students had no previous experience before their first class.
Because many of our students joined the Temple in the last two years, much of the training is intended for beginners.

2. Is it possible to live at the Temple?

No. The Temple does not have the capacity, as it is a rented space.
There are, however, plans to build a new temple (see ‘Development Association’)

 3. Does the Temple accept novices?

  (see number 2).

4. When can I do a trial class?

This is possible anytime without having to register.  Please come in plenty of time before the class begins
so that you will have time to change into your sports clothes (see schedule).

5. What do I need to bring to the trial class?

For a trial class, please bring a dark T-shirt and comfortable, long pants, as well as indoor training shoes.
The training clothes should not be too tight, as this is a Buddhist Temple.

6. Which courses are suitable for beginners?

Every course is suitable for beginners except those indicated on the schedule with a roman numeral two (II).

7. At what age can a child begin training?

Basically a child of 6 years of age can begin training and as long as he/she can follow the class in a concentrated manner,
age is not so important.  Our youngest student is  4 years old, the oldest is over 80.
